Amuse Bouche: Quince Jelly 1st Course: Oysters Rockefeller 2nd Course: Caprese Salad 3rd Course: Lamb Chops with Tri-Color Roasted Carrots, Parmesan Risotto and Red Wine Demi-Glace 4th Course: White Chocolate Raspberry Panna Cotta Cost is $60/person OR $80/person with the wine pairing add-on.
