We’re so excited to host our very first event focused on community wellness and supporting small businesses. Yoga and fitness demos are free with suggested donations for the instructors time. This event is open to the public. ALL are welcome! 😊 EATS: Lovewell Coffee Co. will be offering their summer menu and RedBerry’s BigRed food truck will be offering their brunch menu. ACTIVITIES: Emma of Irie Wellness will be doing all-level yoga demonstrations and Ellie of A Balanced Life Fitness will be leading kid-friendly fitness demos! We’d love to see you there!
